So for 1 non-technical hire a recruiter has to go through 67 profiles & for technical its 89 profiles. Amount of time spent in doing the manual repetitive tasks is too high or 60% of their work time.

Process above does not take into account personality differences between the hiring manager & the candidate & as we know “people quit bosses not companies”. There’s a need for recruiters to recognize that & inculcate into their process to increase hiring numbers

Companies are altering route when it comes to their recruitment services splurge. This data is used for increasing retention, evaluate skill gaps, build better offers, predict candidate success etc.
